We’ll work with you to understand your vision and requirements. Whether capturing the energy of an event, showcasing your brand, or documenting a theatre production, we’ll ensure your story is told through high-quality imagery. We aim to work seamlessly within your environment to capture natural, compelling moments.

HEADSHOTS

Your headshot session will be relaxed and efficient. Upon arrival, we’ll discuss your goals and any specific looks you’d like to achieve. We’ll guide you through posing and expressions to ensure you look your best. After the session, you’ll receive a proof gallery to select your favorite images for retouching. Final retouched images will be delivered digitally.

Basic Package

Standard Package

  • 30-minute session

  • Up to 2 outfits

BRANDING / EVENTS

We’ll work with you to understand your vision and requirements. Hourly Rate: $150/hour

Travel Fees:

  • Within 25 miles: Included

  • 26-50 miles: +$50

  • 51+ miles: Custom quote

Booking & Payment:

  • 25% non-refundable deposit required to secure date

  • Full payment due 7 days prior to event

THEATRE

Capturing live theatre requires a unique blend of timing, creativity, and an understanding of stage dynamics. We’ll work closely with your production team to ensure we are aligned with your vision and performance schedule. Our goal is to document the energy, emotion, and artistry of your performance without disrupting the flow of the show. We focus on both action shots and behind-the-scenes moments to provide a comprehensive visual narrative.  Being in community theatre myself, I love capturing the joy of others performing on stage! 

The Spotlight Package (Basic)

Perfect for small productions or capturing key performance moments.

  • Ideal for full show documentation with professional headshots for the cast.

  • Up to 4 hours of coverage (rehearsals, performance, or behind-the-scenes)

  • Full production coverage: stage action, cast interactions, and audience energy

  • Individual headshots for cast members

  • Group cast photo

  • Digital gallery with edited images

The Standing Ovation Package (Premium)

$500

The ultimate storytelling package, capturing the production journey and cast.

  • Full Production Coverage (rehearsals, performance, and behind-the-scenes)

    • Includes 2 full cast rehearsal highlights, 1 performance coverage + candid/behind the scenes​
